Hi, I'm Tammy, the baker and owner behind Tammy’s Cookie Company. I’m known for creating artisan cookies with exceptional depth of flavor and expert baking technique. My work has been featured through recurring guest baker segments on KATU’s Afternoon Live, where I share recipes and baking tips twice a week, and as an alumni instructor at Bakefest. I’ve also partnered on a commercial for US Chef Store, and my cookies consistently headline events and sell out at farmers markets. Beyond baking for markets and events, I truly love teaching and sharing knowledge—whether through live demonstrations, in-depth tutorials, or recipe development—helping others confidently bake high quailty and unique cookies unforgettable in flavor.
